Job Summary: Lead manufacturing engineering team responsible for the design, development, evaluation, and maintenance of integrated systems for managing industrial production processes, including human work factors, quality assurance, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination. The Manufacturing Engineer Manager will foster a collaborative work environment that operates to develop solutions in response to existing issues within manufacturing processes. In addition, he or she will be responsible for measuring employee performance as well as recruiting and training tasks.

Degree(s): ABET Accredited Engineering Degree or equivalent industry experience
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of industry experience
License(s): None
Certification(s): Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
Education beyond the minimum is an added advantage for career development activities. Masters in Mechanic or Industrial Engineering, M.B.A. Masterβs in Business Administration, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
